01 Who is responsible
This website is operated by Mario Shehata. For anything on this page, contact mario@desjash.at.
02 What this site collects
Nothing directly. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no user accounts, no comments, and no analytics or advertising scripts. This site sets no cookies of its own.
03 Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web server, Cloudflare processes technical connection data — IP address, time of request, requested file, browser and operating system — to deliver the page and to defend against attacks. This is a legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Cloudflare acts as a processor under a data processing agreement.
04 Video playback (Vimeo)
The films on this site are hosted by Vimeo, Inc. Video frames are embedded with Do Not Track enabled (dnt=1), which stops Vimeo from recording session data for its own analytics. Even so, loading a video transmits your IP address to Vimeo and may transfer data to the USA.

05 Fonts and assets
Typefaces and images are served from this site itself. No Google Fonts, no external CDN, so no request leaves your browser for them.
06 Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
Have this reviewed by a lawyer before launch, and add anything the final build introduces (analytics, a contact form, embedded maps) that is not listed above.
